Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before using the services offered by Foreigners 247 (“we”, “our”, “us”). By engaging our services, the client (“you”, “user”, “student”, “applicant”) agrees to be bound by the following terms.
1. Scope of Services
Foreigners 247 provides advisory and administrative support for students in Bangladesh seeking to pursue higher education abroad, including:
- Educational counseling.
- University admission assistance.
- Visa application guidance.
- Documentation support.
- Pre-departure briefing.
We act solely as an intermediary. The final decision regarding admission and visa issuance lies with the respective university and embassy/immigration authority.
2. No Guarantee Clause
Foreigners 247 does not guarantee:
- Admission into any particular university or program.
- Issuance of a student visa.
- Scholarships, financial aid, or employment abroad.
Our role is supportive only. All immigration and admission decisions are beyond our control.
3. Student Responsibility
Students must:
- Provide accurate and truthful information.
- Submit required documents within deadlines.
- Follow all rules of their host country, university, and visa conditions.
Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of services without refund.
4. Fees and Refunds
- All fees must be paid according to our official fee structure.
- Service fees are non-refundable once services have begun (e.g., counseling, application submission, visa preparation).
- Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases such as:
- Duplicate payment.
- An error caused solely by Foreigners 247.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Visa refusal by the embassy.
- Admission rejection by institutions.
- Student’s withdrawal or misconduct.
5. Travel and Living Arrangements
We may provide general guidance on travel and accommodation but are not responsible for booking flights, arranging housing, or managing student finances. Students must make independent arrangements.
6. Legal Compliance Abroad
Students are fully responsible for:
- Complying with laws of the host country.
- Following their institution’s code of conduct.
- Maintaining valid immigration status.
Foreigners 247 is not liable for legal issues including deportation, arrest, or penalties resulting from misconduct or illegal activity.
7. Document Handling & Privacy
We respect your confidentiality. While we take reasonable care of your documents, we are not liable for courier/postal losses.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data (see Privacy Policy) for service delivery.
8. Third-Party Services
We may recommend third-party providers (e.g., language training, insurance, travel agencies). We are not responsible for any disputes, loss, or dissatisfaction arising from such services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foreigners 247 shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages including visa delays, admission denials, or academic/immigration non-compliance.
10. Termination of Services
We may terminate services if:
- False information is provided.
- Fees remain unpaid.
- The student is abusive or uncooperative.
11. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website/app.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bangladesh courts.
13. Acknowledgement
By signing up or using our services, you confirm that:
- You have read and agreed to these Terms.
- You understand that Foreigners 247 cannot guarantee admission, visas, or scholarships.
- You accept full responsibility for your conduct and choices abroad.
